This is our first hello after filling out the contact form. Where we talk to each other through email first. With the start of getting to know each other and learning details about the planning of your wedding. 

Choosing the right wedding photography packages for your wedding needs is ESSENTIAL to getting started on planning the timeline. When choosing a package, I require a $425 retainer. Why so small? because in case anything happens, or we just aren't the right fit for each other, you can say to yourself "I'm glad we didn't pay all that money". I'd rather have us feel connected! 

Ahhhh, the engagement session is here! This is where you two dress all cute and get a little intimate before your wedding. With this session, I will send out an outfit guide (obviously, you do not have to follow this cause I'd rather you feel comfortable), a print release contact,  and talk with you for a suggested location. Once complete, you'll get sneak peeks and we'll discuss payment plans if you feel I'm the right photographer. 

Once you say yes and become a Kayla Urban Studio couple, I will send your wedding contract with all the information we have discussed and payment plans. 

Depending on when your wedding date is, I will schedule a call either 2 weeks after official booking or 6 months before the date. Then, send out a timeline questionnaire. This questionnaire can either be talked about together over the phone, or I can send it to you via email with a link. Either way I am flexable! 

It's happening!!! The official wedding day is here. Using the preferred contact method, I will contact you when I arrive at the location, so I know your whereabouts in case it has been moved due to circumstances. If you have a second photographer, I will connect with them to make sure everything is running smoothly on their end. 

When your happily ever after begins, I will send sneak peeks within 3-5 days and your wedding gallery within 1-2 months unless stated otherwise (like busy season, emergencies, etc). 

If you have chosen the 8-hour package, you'll be able to customize and receive your 6x6 linen wedding album right to your door within 2-7 days after choosing your final images for your album during the month you receive the full gallery.
